Yowapeda Rewatch
Aaah, once again I'm loving the Souhoku dynamics.
In a way, their team reminds me of a family. Imaizumi's like the independent eldest boy who doesn't need coddling and looks to compete with his dad, Kinjou. Naruko's the genki baby who's always running off and exploring things by himself, each and any time he falls, Mama bear Tadokoro's always grumbling after him, to keep him in check. Meanwhile Aoyagi and Teshima are like the older Tadakoro kids who are still growing into themselves but occassionally taking care of their baby brothers. Meanwhile, Onoda's like the baby Makishima's been waiting for so so so long, because he hasn't been blessed with a child/climber throughout the entire time, and Onoda's like his first precious baby wwwww
And Maki's like super awkward about how to raise Onoda so he basically lets him follow Naruko around like a baby bird and technically Naruko's the one who's raising Onoda under the watchful eye of Kinjou to make sure neither of them get themselves killed - but its ok, bc big brother Imaizumi's also there; but if anything big does happens, Maki and the fam are super protective.
So yeah, in my head Souhoku are one big family.
