(no subject)
I was cleaning out my bouquets from the wedding. As I was taking out the dead flowers, I pulled out a robust-looking rose out of the vase and as soon as I plucked it out, all of the petals fell down to the ground. It was heartbreaking. So I took the petals and scattered them on my table. They're nice to look at this way.....
I accidentally took home two phone chargers. My parents called asking me if I had them. They've recovered nicely; they had friends over at the Cape and brought the basset hound back from the kennel on Tuesday. But they said he threw up twice, so he's going back to the kennel today until Sis comes back from the honeymoon. I meant to mail the charger off, but I just missed the post office. I guess I'll have to wait Monday. They were back at home and charging their phones at Verizon. I felt bad, but I'll send it off as soon as they reopen.
Talked to Darian for three hours last night. Wanted to know Scotland details and she's on her way to Yorkshire studying the history of British pubs. No really, she is!
Feeling daydreamy. Watched "Wedding Crashers" two days ago. It was funnier than I thought, and a little mushier than I thought too. It was cute and came soon enough.
Lazy hot summer day. Looking for a gym membership and ogling at pix of River Phoenix :-P
