Who is in charge of zoning in the SFV? This is crazy town. My block goes like this: AT&T building, apartment building, apartment building, car shop, apartment building, community center, BRAND NEW BEST WESTERN, tiny strip mall with donut shop, laundromat and randomly placed (but delicious) sushi restaurant, 7/11. WHAT IS THIS.
I thought that Best Western was going to be more apartments while it was still under construction, because that's what made the most sense. Nnnnnnnnnnnnnnope!
