so.
exams are now over and done with pour moi :D
excited!
it's going to be one interesting summer...
a very different summer...in ottawa.
we shall see if i can survive the city life. pwhahahaha.
anywho.
HAHA.
KIDDIN.
i was actually quite very surprised by his performance Friday night.
although, Kathleen Edwards almost about sent me to sleep. not cool.
she has a very nice voice and everything, but it was mostly the songs. they were mostly slow-country-ish type of songs - and she said that she didn't play country music.
pssssht. riiiiight.
you may also be wondering why i went to john mayer's concert in the first place.
well. last year, about the time that Coldplay had came to Ottawa...i had made a deal with my roommate that if she accompanied myself to the Coldplay concert [which rocked major tight ass!] then if ever john mayer came to Ottawa, then i would be the one accompanying her.
alas. the day came when jackie had screamed out in extreme excitement that john mayer was coming to ottawa.
as i slowly banged my head along the wall and groaned, thinking to myself: "oh, bullocks."
as you can probably guess, i don't exactly like john mayer.
hate would be a little bit too harsh of a word though.
but his show was quite good. i was a little surprised.
he knows how to play the guitar, i'll give him that. amazing solos - you can tell he gets really into the music and in what he's playing.
so, add that to my concert list.
