I researched your account and you purchased your Options Kit in December 2006. Knit Picks warranties all of our products for one year from the purchase date. But I will go ahead and replace the needle tips for you. Your replacement order is # 844801, it is coming to you at no charge and you should have it within 5-14 days.

Ok, that's totally cool. It still doesn't make up for ALL of the crap customer service I've received in the past, but it's a step in the right direction.
I do tend to believe, seriously, that Jasmine has a note on my account somewhere that says that she hates me and wants me not to have yarn. But fortunately there are other people who work there. :)
