Lost: Season 1, Disc 2
At the recommendation of the remainder of the earth, I have now officially "checked out Lost."
elsrik and I watched the first disc of the first season this past weekend and, well, let me just say: "Well."
It's so dark and so quickly. Really, I was just not expecting such heavy-handed drama so early on in a network television show. I'm loving it already, don't get me wrong, I just really wasn't expecting it. This feels more like a movie than a television series or, at the very least, a series that would be on HBO or Showtime, not the same channel that used to show "Full House" and "Family Matters."
We received the second disc today, so I'll likely be jumping into that with a handful of yarn later tonight.
Also, asciident, I've added the first disc of NCIS to my Netflix queue. :)
