I got one of these Synergy Kombucha drinks yesterday. I figured it'd be like organic juice or something. It was the "hip new thing" at the "hip new thing" store and all.
Today I open it and actually read the label. "Please note: Due to the fermentation, this product may contain a trace amount of alcohol."
I don't know about the amount, but this stuff smells and tastes like really, really cheap champagne. *wrinkles nose* I hope it has some therapeutic benefits, because it tastes kind of foul.
