Everything's just about wrapped up for good with HF1. I just got the omake pinup Hai did, and it looks really Schweet! So that's the last bit of omake needed, really.
Hopefully, I can get into gear and finish it all off today. Then it's right into the script for volume 2. My consensus is - volume 2 needs more action, and better attention to backgrounds. So hopefully at the end of it I can say I've achieved those two things! On a broader scale, vol2 is also where the story will really kick off. Let's hope I can make a tighter script than volume 1.
In other news, I am returning to Melbourne for Christmas. Unfortunately, plane booking times were terrible, so the only way I can go visit my parents (and afford to do so) was to stay two weeks instead of one. They're really happy for the company, but I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to get that script done in Melbourne with the hot weather and the not-having-all-the-stuff-I-need with me. I haven't done any Christmas shopping yet - this house-moving thing has really thrown me off course...
