Christmas Gifts

It's that time of year, and Doc wants to spread the joy a little. He's got some gifts for friends of his (though how some of them get to their destinations is a little up in the air -- the Nexus provides, apparently):

Also...I got wine gums from the Nexus...they seem to be lacking in alcoholic punch, but they really taste fabulous.

Well, I figured you could use a pair of warmer shoes after all your reports on the cold. :)

Well it's been ABSOLUTELY ridiculous let me tell you. You can hardly walk for all the snow. I'm thinking we might be entering an ice age here.

Aside from the fact I'm not even a bit tipsy? Nope, none at all. :O)

I doubt we're getting a new ice age, but I believe you about the cold. Never been the greatest fan of winter myself.

This may explain why the human race sat on their hands for so long about whole global warming thing. Sick of the cold.

Really though as a Time Traveller it's my responsibility to warn you 21st century-ians you should avoid that. It's the reason we're so short on cows.

I think global warming actually means more severe weather extremes, not less cold -- but most people probably see it as eliminating cold weather, so. . . .

Really? Great Scott. Then again, any change to climate is likely to wipe out species unable to adapt. (Just never thought it would be cows.)
