sweetest sword match ever
so my friend shows me an mpeg of a fencer versus an iaido practitioner.
the fencer was winner by far because the one with a katana could keep up with all the stabs quickly enough to countercut, but the fencer never reguarded the wakizashi on the samurais belt. so the fencer shot low, the samurai deflected and must have grown aggrivated cuz he moved in fast for a final blow while the fencer was off balance, however the fencer immediatly recovered and lunged into his chest. the samurai didnt let it happen.
using his off hand he reverse drew the wakizashi and deflected, then with the katana struck the fencers wrist just below the basket guard (causing the fencer to drop his sword from the shock), and then spun to decapitate him, stopping at the neck. the fencer then said "SHIT! THAT WAS COOL!" and the movie ended. it was so cool.
at the moment im designing some armor i plan to build myself out of fairly thick cardboard that i will laquer to make it hard. fun fun.
