i <3 yearbook nerd time!
Is it a proper time to talk about Yearbook (before everything gets way too old)? I think so.
First: how do you upload pics from your phone to your computer? Because I am that clueless and have no idea how to do it. This would be so much funnier with the poster pictures. ;__;
Maggie:: *tears out a picture of a girl modeling a leopard-print bra from the magazine*
Everyone: Um, Maggie?
Maggie: Can I use this?
Kylie: What are you gonna put on it?
(We all search for pictures, and find a close-up face shot of Iueh. Maggie squeals.)
Maggie: THIS IS PERFECT! Can I use it pleeaaassseee? PLEEASSEE?
Christine: That's mean! We can't do that!
Maggie: PLEAASEEE
(Silence. A while later, Maggie is already gluing the pictures together.)
Everyone: AHAHAHAHAHA
Brittany: *finds another funny girl shot* We can use this for Ted!
Christine: Oh my God, we already made him SpongeBob and a girl!
[Flashback to the other 'girl' picture]
Me: *stares at the picture of a girl wearing a shirt that says 'Trust me, I'm a girl'*
Brittany: Ted is a strong black woman. (<-- No offense implied.)
Everyone: *laughs like crazy*
Brittany: He's going to hate all the female writers now.
Me: Aww!
Me: Is the SexyBack joke ever going to get old? How did it come up anyway?
Maggie: I think Connie and Megan were drunk on air and decided Andre had a sexy back.
Christine: *makes a suspicious, somewhat scared face* Guys, does he really have a sexy back?
Everyone: LOL NO
Christine: We need a picture of an angry Justin Timberlake!
Maggie: So we can put 'Andre, you stole my SexyBack.'
Me: *holds up magazine cover with JT on it* He looks pretty mad here.
Them: OMG! That one, that's it!
Kylie: What are we going to do for Susan?
Maggie: Oh, we can't make fun of her!
Brittany: I know! It's like, inhumane to make fun of Susan.
Christine: Here's a picture of a panda...
Maggie: Oh, oh! Put 'we can't possibly make fun of Susan, so here's a cute panda.'

Christine Lee - the editor of Student Life section, just the 'Christine,' quote Brittany: "She's all leg!"
Christine Lum - aka 'Lummers,' 'Lumlum' the Christine in jokes section above
Christine Cho - aka 'Chocho' which means smelly in Chinese, butterfly in Japanese, and candle in Korean (well, 'cho' is a candle, so you're basically saying, 'Candle! Candle!')

Ted Kim - aka the dubbed 'strong black woman' of the year, 'Where's Gary Andre?' SpongeBob. Editor of Academics section. (This crazy dude happens to be my editor.)
Other wacky/funny/weird moments:
- Singing along to Disney and calling Ariel spoiled ('I don't care, I want more~' All girls: God, she's such a brat except we all love her.)
- Andre couldn't snap out of hypnotism after the show ended.
- During the hypnotist show, Andre and Connie were two of the most responsive people ever.
- Also during the show, Andre performed as Madonna (of course, hypnotized) and was also Dopy. I think everyone knows his face now.
- Connie, on the other hand, got her butt electro-zapped and almost cried (all hypnotism, of course).
- The girls in the suite gushing about Orlando Bloom and how he needs to get married so they can get over him
- The flamboyant and awesome TA... was it Marcus? "We need to make him Andre's friend!"
- OUR COLOR GROUP BERRY PRIDE (Blueberry, Raspberry, Strawberry, you name it)
- drinking seawater Swimming at the beach
- Eating at Ruby's by the beach (speakerphone: "Maggie and her company of 14?" All the girls: "YES!!! Whoo! *marches in*)
- ... Andre trying to sit on me. And trying to kiss my head while saying "kissy kissy face!" in Korean. GOD. I'm still scarred from it, although he was trying to cheer me up. o___o (falling0x0up: stop breaking my friend! Me: WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ANDRE)
- How could I forget? The awesome yerd handshake by pinkpuruu and another Temple City TA.
- The general awesomeness of pinkpuruu (I still can't believe I met her XD I was all 'are you from lj? >.>' and she was all cool about it and gave me a medium-five HAHAHAHA)
- Derek winning two awards. Who would have known?
- Speaking of Derek and his friend Kevin, here's another poster story:

Aw, the 06-07 staff is going to be like a family. We already have so many inside jokes that normal people will never get. All these 'jokes' I just wrote up might not even be funny at all to a lot of you. But I needed to get my fun memories out there so I can reread and giggle when I'm 30.
I've also been diving into more manga while putting off some old ones (I'll eventually catch up on Naruto and Bleach, but for right now, I need fun in series/fandom): Eureka Seven and Black Cat! I finally know the character of your username, rinslet! And I can conclude that characters with last name 'Walker' are kickass. First Allen and now Rins! Have some Walker pride, you two. But more fangirling later.
I'm still so tirreeddd. Hopefully I can pull myself back together over the weekend. My mental state is in disarray. Will you guys spam me with jokes and funny pictures later (in an f-locked post, most likely)? And maybe maybe listen to me rambling vaguely? I think I need ultimate flist spam. ;__;
