since graduation: Katie loved Quidditch. Obsessed over it, actually. But she was self-aware, she wasn't delusional- she knew her skill set was nowhere near the level of Ginny's or Jonah's. She knew that a professional career wasn't in her future. But she wasn't going to let that stop her from being apart of the game in some way or another. The agent thing sort of fell into her lap. She had been giving Angelina a pep talk one year, nothing she thought was all that serious- but a woman had come up to her after the match, a parent of another student- Hufflepuff, if she could remember correctly. She had seen "something" in Katie. And well, considering she wasn't sure where else she could see herself, she hopped on board. Who knew she'd actually have a knack for it?
It was fun- and frankly, it helped her push back what happened during the last war- the necklace, the near-death experience, it wasn't something she wanted to dwell on. That wasn't her. She picked up, she pushed it to the back of her head, she moved on. And she had to. Focusing on that singular moment in her life could have put her in a place she really couldn't have handled.
Quidditch was her life source, and it kept her alive, really.
first impression: Katie's a bit of a knockout, her long legs and blond hair along with that bright and gleaming smile always catch people a little bit off guard. She carries herself with grace and always looks impeccable. It's apart of the guise of playing agent, always knowing when to charm the right people.
personality: She's a ball of energy, a bright smile, a giggle that turns into one of those silent laughs that streams tears down your eyes. She's an eternal optimist- but she's also gritty and demanding when she has to be. She can manipulate her way into the best of signing deals- she can work with the best of the men around her and delight in knocking them down a peg or two. But she's also warm, dependable and frankly- the one person you'd want to talk to when you needed a strong dose of reality.
