Hundred Pushups Update 08/30/2008

I've suffered a bit of a setback today.  I learned I've been using my pushup handles incorrectly (I have the "Perfect Pushup" rotating handles).  I've been going from vertical in the up position to horizontal in the down position, which makes my elbows go way out to my sides and makes the pushups easier to complete.  When I tried the workout with the correct positioning, I couldn't finish Level Four.

So, what am I going to do?  I'm going to repeat Week Two again, this time in Column Two, and retest when I've finished that.  Sure, it's a little disheartening to find out I'm not as far along as I thought I was, but you know what?  It doesn't really matter.  I like what's happened so far with my energy levels and strength (plus, I'm feeling better about the way I look)--just think how it's going to go once I'm doing the workout with proper form.
