Hundred Pushups Update 08/26/2008

Restarted Week Two today.  I did Day One, Column Three, and managed 13 pushups in Level Five.  That's fifty-three pushups in one day.

I've seen some physique changes already: my pectorals have started to firm up a bit and my biceps and deltoids are a little bigger, but where I've seen the biggest changes are in my forearms--when I make a fist, I can see the different muscle groups in my arm.

It makes me wish I had a shirtless photo of me when I was seventeen for comparison.  Oh, well.  Maybe I'll post an "after" photo when I finish the program.
