The Towa Organization has been quiet since this ANTI vs. OSTA business came about. It's not unusual of them to lay low, but they don't like competition. No matter how well planned they are, they always let a piece of their guard down when they realize things aren't going their way. But in this case they haven't made a single move, not even an attempt to remove the teleporter to Nhode in an office lobby downtown.
I doubt Towa has anything to do with the monsters running around, but they certainly don't make my job any easier.
