Yesterday, finally I got a phone call from Kinokuniya about the Starry Sky 1st FanBook I've ordered MORE THAN 1 month ago.
Yet, the call didn't give me a good news, instead a REALLY bad one. (I guess you could tell what the news is about ~_~)
The reason of my rant:
blah-blah-blah, introduction and the staff's confirming about the book I ordered. No need to write it XD
Staff: "So, we'd like to inform you that the book you've ordered is already out of stock."
What the heck???!!!!! I've ordered it since more than a month ago, and they didn't even give me any confirmation / information about the book (though I mailed them at least 4 times XD).
And then, the conversation went again. The staff asked me if I want to cancel the order or order it once again. I don't want to cancel it, but I don't want to wait longer either. So, I thought I would cancel my order and order the fanbook directly from some website or use other methods. But the condition they offered really pissed me off ~_~
Staff: "You could cancel the order. And about the down payment fee you've paid before, we'll give in again in a form of voucher."
"You could also order it once again, but we don't know how long will it take."
Say WHAT????!!!
First, they told me that since I'm living in the same town as it's HQ in Indonesia, I should order it directly and they couldn't (though I'll say wouldn't) send it to my address, which means I have to take it myself there when the book's arrived. Okay, okay. I'll tolerate understand their condition.
Second, they told me that the book will arrived in about 2-3 weeks. I've been patient enough for not asking about the book until the 3rd week. And when finally they gave me a confirmation, they said it's already out of stock.
And now, they told me that they won't give my money back (though, of course they won't) O_O
Since the only Kinokuniya that provide a book order is quite far from my house (and it's hard to find transport to go there), I can't go there as I like TT_TT So, I have no other way but to agree ordering it again, though they said "don't know how long will it take."
I'll never ever order from them again. This would be my first and last time ordering books from them, geezzz ~_~
