I went to Japan, Hokkaido, during the March holidays, and it was just awesome. So I couldn't miss the Hokkaido fair in Tampines mall for nothing! I made a trip to the mall today, and boy, was it crowded! I could hardly make my way around without bumping into someone and saying sorry, all over and over again! But really, I was kind of disappointed. I mean, I wanted to see a whole haven of stalls, selling so many delicious food stuffs, but the whole fair only occupied the 'showcase' area(is that what you call it?) and because of that, it was really really packed. The queues were really long and I had to go all the way back when I was trying to get some ramen for us.(My mom, my grandma and my Godma) The ice-cream stall was worse, the queue was even longer! But I thought the food was not bad, though they tasted better in Hokkaido itself. Especially the ramen, when it was all cold outside in Hokkaido, and you're indoors, slurping noodles in hot soup. Just imagine the taste!
Then we went to buy food for my Godpa and my sister, as they were busy at home and couldn't join us there at the mall. We bought tepanyakki, in conjunction with the Japanese theme, haha. We waited outside Fish&co, the queue was long(again) and I got a shock when Theodore, my cca president came and said hi to me! I gave a startled yelp, and we exchanged greetings, and he went back to eat with his parents back in Fish&co. That is one of the reasons I don't like shopping at tampines mall, the experiences aren't good for my heart. I dont no why I react like that when I see a friend from school unexpectedly outside.
I guess it's my own problem, I should work on it. Haha.
