I am REALLY clumsy, and I started off a series of unfortunate events by spilling water all over the floor in the morning, while I was filling up the ice tray after emptying it into my milo. My mother started lecturing me about being clumsy, and her voice was buzzing around my head, making me feel dizzy.
I was eating my breakfast, elbows resting on the kitchen table, with my bread on my hands. I was going to reach for my milo, so I just let my hands fall, and my bowl, that was in the way, got overturned, and all the crumbs were splattered in every direction. Instinctively, the first thing I did was to glance around, my head turning right and left several times, looking for my mom. I was waiting for the lecture that didnt come. Lucky chance! At lightning speed, I grabbed the table cloth and wiped up the mess in time I could compare to grabbing the cloth. If only I knew, that the worst was yet to come.
After I ate, I took with me my unfinished milo and headed towards my room. I missed a step at the raised platform, and well, you can guess what happened next. My head was still registering what was happening until I saw broken glass and blood splattered all over the whole room. It was a murder scene! Oh the horror! In my mind I was shouting, 'NOOOOOOOOOOO!' And then I shook my head and the mist cleared. Instead of blood, it was milo. A feeble, 'oh.' escaped from my mouth. I expected my mom to burst in anger, but instead she just walked past. Aw man, the silent treatment. Sometimes shouting out loud at me is less scary. Really. So I set out to work, trying to clean out the disastrous milo murder scene. I think I took half an hour, wiping the walls, tables, chairs, pillars and the paintings... It was hard work. And then I had to mop it all over again. Dang. I thought I would never live to see another cup of milo again. Okay, that was exaggerated.
After lunch, when I was clearing up, I heard my mom shout out from her room, "Keep the scallop (something something) seafood sauce, we can use it for (something something) for dinner, it's really expensive." So I took the plate with the sauce, and i didn't no I was tilting it until I heard a dripping sound. I followed it and saw that I spilt the sauce on the table. Just great. When I went to the kitchen, my sister was singing, (ironically funny) "Mummy says not to spill the precious dragon mouth sauce, oh the dragon mouth sauce" And I was like... okay... And I immediately put down the plate, grabbed the table cloth(again) and rushed all the way to the dining table.
But I still think it's a great day! Because I'll be going to eat Japanese later!!! My favourite! And also because I dug up alot of great old finds! I discovered videos from 2 years ago, when I was at my friend's house. (identity protected to save all of us from embarrassment, well except me) We made scripts and flimed ourselves! I laughed till I fell off my chair! Our expressions were priceless! Too bad I'm literally not allowed to post them online, it would have been fun.
