Yes, yes you can.

What's up. I've been so busy that updating just hasn't appealed to me in the least. So here's a summary of the past month. - The benefit was successful. Unfortunately not a single friend of mine got into contact with me. I suppose I could have networked better but I figured a month of away messages, postings on both LiveJournal & MySpace, and word-of-mouth would have been enough. No big deal. Over $10,000 in total. That's a lot of money to a family with everything to lose. - I'm student teaching at Rensselaer Central High School. Student teaching is basically teaching full-time; of course, I don't get any benefits and I don't get paid...In fact, I have to pay about $7,500 to enroll. I do like this though. It's more stressful than I had anticipated but the transition to full-time is smoothing out. For the most part, I have a good group of kids. I'm teaching 3 Algebra II's, 2 Pre-Calcs and an Algebra I. The Algebra 1 is with another teacher since, by law, I can't teach the Calc AP class that my supervising teacher is the head of. Those freshman are enough to drive the Pope to corporal punishment. It's fun though. I learn something new everyday. - Today was my last day at Subway...for awhile at least...I couldn't deal with the stupidity anymore...not to mention I was only working two days a week...Fridays and Sundays...BUT Friday's I'd teach 7:30-3:30 then drive straight to Subway for a 4-close shift...I wouldn't get home until midnight and it was just killing me...so in a few weeks I think I might be jumping-ship to the gas station... Well my rice is about done cooking and I want to go play some Tiger Woods 2005 (one of the best games ever BTW) so I'll update more when I feel up to it. Holler. Peace. Word. I'M OUT! Jenkins-
