(Mostly) Unemployed
I did not get the summer job I applied for last week. And while I would have loved working in the same building as three of my old classmates, from the sounds of it the job itself would have been quite tedious. (Plus the commute would have been a lot longer than I am used to.)
So I am not as sad as I expected to be.
I have been asked to work extra hours this summer to help get all the cataloguing that came up at the end of the year done for my old job so I will not get too bored or too broke.
It will be nice to have some time off. I have been working or going to school almost non-stop for 5 years now and I am looking forward to a break.
