...when is the last time *you* successfully logged into either the Madrigal or EndGame character generator?

I have database updates for Madrigal being done on 10/22, and a player stating that the Madrigal version was not working as of 11/30...does anyone out there on the Magical Lazyweb have a memory of a successful login to *either* DB between those dates?
(I love doing other peoples' troubleshooting for them, lemme tell ye...thus, you all get to share in my pain! Yay!)
