Captain Tsubasa Character Meme
In November, I kind of watched/re-watched Captain Tsubasa. I saw some of this anime back in 90's, but this year I was making a comeback to my childhood anime, and CT was one of them. In a way, I fell in this story, and that's probably because it has such a wonderful gallery of characters. I even managed to draw some fanarts and write three fanfics -_-'
01. The first character I fell in love with:
Definitely Hyuuga Kojirou. He is THE MAN... and just that type that I'm completely defenceless before.
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now:
Sawada Takeshi. You know, I didn't even remember him from the first watching; or, rather, I remembered there was some Takeshi, but I mistook him for Ishizaki. Now, after 20 years, I completely fell for Takeshi, who impresses me to no end.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't:
Misugi? I don't know about the fandom, but in the anime people are quite crazy about him. I admire his skills, but the rest is quite... blah.
04. The character I love that everyone else hates:
I don't know who is hated around there.
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer:
None.
06. The character I would shag any time:
Oh, definitely Kojirou. In m&a, there's only one other character that is the pure embodiment of male sexiness, and he is Vegeta.
07. The character I'd want to be like:
I don't think there's any. But I admire Matsuyama's guts and loyalty.
08. The character I'd slap:
Tsubasa. A few times per every episode.
09. A pairing that I love:
Definitely, Kojirou-Takeshi. At first, I just loved their relationship, but during the last 2-3 weeks of my intense thinking (and writing three fanfics) they upgraded almost to a pairing in my mind :P Okay, as I really can't see Kojirou as a homo, I definite it as an unrequited love on Takeshi's part. In any case, I truly admire the bond they share, which can be seen on the field. Then, I'd consider Tsubasa-Misaki as absolutely sweet and Pairing Number 1 if only I liked Tsubasa just a bit.

11. Favourite character:
Hyuuga Kojirou.
12. My five favourite characters:
Kojirou, as was mentioned - he is simply perfect, in a way. Misaki - he's adorable, cheerful, smart, talented, loyal, and wants to be a doctor xD Wakashimazu - his hair and karate skills rules, and apart from this I find him a polite and caring person. Takeshi - clever, skilful, loyal to KOjirou to such an extent that he can ever talk him down when needed. Ishizaki - for his sense of humour and making situation more bright every time.
13. My five least favourite characters:
There's no five, there's only one: Tsubasa. I really can's stand him. Well, in everything that was made after he was quite OK, but the very first, original anime overdid with him for some 9000. He is boring, selfish, arrogant, and terribly single-minded. His traing of thought is like: soccer, soccer, victory, soccer, soccer, championship, soccer, soccer, Brasil, soccer, soccer. You hardly find such annoying characters, but apparently it was more common back in 80's. Maybe that's the reason why I could never really stand the protagonists and found antagonists much more interesting - this applies for such series like Dragon Ball or Saint Seiyaa, too.
14. Which character I am most like:
Well, unfortunately, I can't really find anyone like that.
15. My deep, dark fandom secret:
Having said that Kojirou is embodiment of male sex-appeal, I admit that I find Takeshi damn erotic. Think what you want.
