today i am calm. from waking this morning i have become saturated with a certain peace and assurance. right now everything is quiet and pulsing with life. a silent breathing life. mellow sunlight, two kittens sleeping curled up arround eathother on the couch, aloe plant soaking in the rays streaming in through tree branches and leaves and in through the windows of the living room. passion fire orchad on the front porch, soft shade and stillness on the back porch. and i am in it all. clean. awake. stimulated. calm. to the point right before nostalgia. sustained in presence. in now. in the green hues of the house and the life danicing rythmically in the breeze outside it. hum of the cealiing fan. tap dancing of fingers and keys. intrivals of birdsong.

today feels like the peace of a .long.deep.breath.
