read a kitsap sun article today about some kids stealing old pizza out of a little caesars garbage bin on callow ave. evidently, the kids have recently taken to breaking off dumpster locks installed by the owner to continue stealing the discarded pizza and leaving taunting messages about having been fed well by it.
this behavior is both disturbing and disgusting.
