Well, Christmas was largely eventfull...at least in the afternoon and evening...but I'll start with the morning
Was woken up at 8...proceeded to eat a bowl of Corn Pops..."gotta have my pops"...wrong...I was crazy hungry...anyway my family then openend our presents. I had already recieved some...but I got some of those plastic things that you roll ties into to travel...an electric tie rack thing...press a button and it displays other tiees...novel idea...some crazy good headphones...Sennheiser Px-100s. AMAZING...punchy bass but not too punchy and nice enough for classical and OH SO FREAKING COMFORTABLE...don't even really notice they are there...by the way they are the over the top type.
After presents over to grandparents house we went...not a sleigh mind you...well went over their and ate a proper breakfast...my cousin in law came over with her new fiancee...cool guy, he helps run this extreme biking company...you know the $5000 downhill trail bikes...but seeing them made me ponder...I really want "somebody to love" as glen frey would say it...but after a while I decided to take a walk down to mccracken and listen to my new headphones...and some new music on my new MP3 player...I picked out some Coldplay...yes, I'd never listened to it before...not impressed by the way...but the slowness and apparent melancholyness of it made me think of none other than...Samantha Jaeger...well, feelings associated with the afore mentioned person...and so I spent roughly 1 hour of my christmas thinking about how I wish I had someone...outside the family...to be able to share my life and times and memories with...and thinking that I missed a good one in Samantha...but I guess that's how the cookie crumbles
hell, to spend time with Samantha for just that hour...well that would have been the only present I'd need for the whole year
if only that was to be
