Stalking Is Fun / Life Is Not
As always, I keep up with my NaNo people by stalking them through LJ and Facebook but I have not managed to share a lot of myself. The reason for this is exhaustion. I am very greedy with my energy and spend it mostly on my children and my husband.
The cancer is back. Stage IV Ovarian and it's everywhere this time. Chemo starts on Monday. The good news is that if it respond to chemo there is a 69% survival rate. In the cancer world that is a very high percentage. So, I just have to get through these next few months and then I am going to be good to go :) Not super happy about losing my hair...but it's a small price to pay.
So please know I am thinking of every single one of you. Aubrey, I love the wedding shawl, Johanna I am excited your husband will be home soon, Tomas you sound like life is going well, and Joshua...oh Joshua. Those RGM. Please keep them coming. I love those. They must frustrate you tremendously, but I get to glimpse your world through them and it is a world of hilarity. Last but not least..Amanda and John. This is your year :) I'm taking one for the team over here, that means the karma bus need to make a happy stop at your house!
Oh and also - they have me on a lot of drugs. So if I sound sappy and loopy it is because I am.
