I almost lost Bio.
Bio (beeoh) is a pit bull mix dog (1.5 years old) who I got because his owner wanted to send him to the pound. He can be irritating at times, but only because of his enthusiastic love. Last week, he began going down. He stopped eating, lost the spring in his step, lost the gleam in

The veterinarian examination showed nothing, the blood tests were good, the x-ray showed that maybe his guts were somehow unusual, the exploratory surgery showed no intestinal blockage. But, somehow, medication did the job. I have never been so happy to have a 70-pound dog in my lap.
