it's magic

my 2am masterpiece :)
Its finally over, my prelims are indeed incredibly screwed up.

This morning, i couldn't go into the gallery to leave my things before morning assemb like what i usually do because it was locked up and all. I told JR the other day (one day before submission) that I have I feeling i'm going to miss this entire experience. Eventhough there's only 2 of us, and since we were not so close to the J1's, i guess it's this feeling of coldness and helplessness in the art room and sometimes, you think you wished you had an extra pair of hands around when your set up fails and when you need to reprint the whole entire thing 3 times just to get the size right. and all the music and blasting with the sound system, wierd celebrity impersonations we have over midnight to make up for the fact that there's just 2 of us, and 50% of PJ's Art Distinctions are going to held in either of our hands.

Thanks to the people who genuinely cared. I could see the faces of relief on their faces when I announced to them that it was finally over. (yes, no more me complaining about how coursework is taking up so much of my time) I remembered the night we stayed overnight,
Mrs Tan hired an extra security guard just for us, and William bought us pizzas and all the cleaners who helped us clear the shit we always create. and Mr Chua and the MC teachers who helped me so so much. Some of my classmates who encouraged me along the way, thanks for always offering to help lighten my burden. most importantly, my 2 lovely teachers who had to put up with my nonsensical jokes and crap, sacrificing your precious sleep, going that extra mile to stretch me in whatever ways you can. (yes "it's the 3am thing," its really memorable)

All the hours and hours spent on art making and conceptualizing the best idea I could possibly make. i'm finally going to have a life outside the artroom. Gosh, time to move home, so much to bring home :(
But cool, one is settled, I'm going to start gathering everything I've lost to make up for the drop in grades and start working hard on Math and Chem.
