the highest ratings and most positive reviews amongst guests. Interestingly, London is at the bottom of
the list of 100 - hotels here have not been reviewed so favourably by guests. Also high on the list are
Hanoi in Vietnam, Tokyo in Japan, Chicago in the USA and Krakow in Poland. Capital cities have not fared
so well - Brussels, Amsterdam, Paris and Copenhagen are all in the bottom ten.
