We'll need to know what kind of numbers we're dealing with. Who can't fight, and those that are willing to learn...

The monsters are the least of our worries, most have learned how to deal with that threat. I can help with training, hand to hand and firearms for the most part.

Don't lose complete faith in the Watch, there are those of us that are doing what we can...And I for one will be adding my support to this defense force.

Perhaps we could use that...

There are those that lead, wanting power. What we need are people with the drive the lead without those motives. The Watch's purpose does seem to be focused on issues within the city, not with the conflict outside of it. Do you have anyone in mind for those positions?
