My legs are on FIRE!
I've started yoga and 30-Day Shred by Jillian Michaels (the trainer from Biggest Loser) DVDs in an attempt to get back into shape. I can already see a difference and I just want to lose 14 lbs before the wedding to stay healthy. But, I've done yoga for pretty much a straight week and started 30-Day Shred last night and I'm unsure if I can continue to move my legs. I definitely need a massage.
I already have lost 2 lbs so I'm well on my way. I'll let you know when I reach my goal. I can't wait to have my flat stomach back. Stupid surgery screwed everything up.
