THREE DAYS LEFT FOR THE REMIX!
Hi Everybody,
In case you hadn't noticed, time has slipped away this year, and there are now only three days left for the great Remix challenge! Please post links to any completed work in the comments at: http://clexmas.livejournal.com/74443.html and we'll get them up in the comm.
If you're working on one but haven't finished it yet, let us know that too! Remember - the stories listed up for remixing are *only* offered for this one challenge and not an open blanket. You can get author/artist permission later, but now is the best time to work on it (and get them into the collection). ^^
And for those people who are fans of the works... please leave comments! In this world of 'likes' and 'kudos', sometimes it's hard to think of the comment section, but we don't always have the like or kudo button available. In that case, a little "this was great!" "loved it" "so funny" "perfect remix" is a great thing to have for the authors/artists/vidders and an encouragement to keep working on things. When there are no comments... sometimes we wonder whether we really should even keep doing these. Is anybody out there? Does anybody care? This isn't to make you feel guilty, but it's just really something that the people working on these things really do feel, especially in an older fandom that's slipping away. If you still enjoy the works that are coming out of challenges like this, please take a moment to let the people know! It will mean so much to them... and enable us to keep these challenges coming. Motivation is a wonderful thing. :)
