Clexmas Spring Fling - Changes!
Spring is the time in the year when winter melts away and rain washes through and the grass and the flowers and the grain start to grow. It's a time of wonder and for seeing the new things in life and rediscovering joys. It's a time of change.
The theme for the 2012 Clexmas Spring Fling is "Change" and change we shall have. Under the cut are several possible ideas for the theme - feel free to choose one of those or make one of your own. And for those people who like the lists of three and random choices... well, we have those too, since the voting was so very close. :)
Entries are due June 20 - the Summer Solstice (a day ahead because of Leap Year this year), when the changes begin anew. Post your stories, art, or vids (or whatever creative endeavor stirs your imagination in a Clexy changes way ^^) to this community (it's moderated, but I'll approve all posts).
Rules
If you are thinking of participating, please claim a prompt (you can do this at any time) or ask for a power of three. Prompts can have more than one person claiming them, though we do ask that you try and spread them out.
*Note - the challenge is *either* prompts or power of three. You don't have to do both. (Though if you really want to, I'm not stopping you. ^^)
You can post your story/art at any time while the challenge is open. When you have posted your first work, you can claim another prompt (or try the challenge of threes).
Story/art must be Clex or pre-Clex. Please note if there are other pairings present. All standard warnings apply.
Changes
Note that these changes don't have to apply to Clark or Lex directly! For example, if you want them to run into a mutant or friend that this has happened to and they have to deal with... whichever way you want to plot it. ^^ (The story/art, however, *must* be Clex or pre-Clex.)
And for the power of three... Pick this option and I will randomly assign you three words, one from each column. Form your story/art around these words and craft us a tale of change. ^^
