WORD WAR [NaNo and Mini!NaNo edition]
This doesn't actually have much to do with the last post. The last post is long-term, this is emergency wars for those of us who have things like Big Bang and charity fics that we need to work on.
THE FIRST WAR STARTS QUARTER AFTER THE HOUR AND WILL GO FOR 15 MINUTES.
We will be alternating between 15 and 30 minute wars with fifteen minutes of break in between each war. So the rounds will go as follows (all times are PST for my ease, a time converter is right here):
ROUND ONE: 6:00-6:30 - Winner: No entrants, no winners.
BREAK until 6:45
ROUND TWO: 6:45-7:00- - Winner: No entrants, no winners.
Repeat ad nauseum, until no one else wants to war anymore.
How It Works
1. Comment if you're going to be warring with us, it makes it easier for me to keep track.
2. Start writing at the specified time-on the hour for the first one and write for only the time allotted. (Write or Die is good for self-timing, but be aware that Kamikaze Mode deletes your words if you stop typing for about five seconds.)
3. Comment in the appropriate OCD spot with your total words written during the time allotted (as well as a snippet or all of your words written, if you wish).
4. Repeat.
You have 22 minutes to sign in for Round One, get prepared, and then get back here and writing!
