Actually it averages about fifteen to twenty years or so according to my teacher on Tuesday. But aside from that this tells us that Lincoln was put on death-row three years ago.
Also? I just read through a transcript of the episode and there's nothing in it that says that Michael told Lincoln how he was gonna get rid of Haywire or that he was gonna hurt himself. This... makes me think maybe he doesn't know that Haywire didn't hurt Michael.
