I'm going to teach college in Maine!
No, seriously, I have a faculty position in the Captive Wildlife Care and Education program at Unity College in Unity Maine. I can think of two people on my friends list who might know where that is-- it was lovely to be in Maine in August again :) I'm trying to imagine what it looks like when its twenty below and covered in snow...
So yeah, I'm ridiculously excited. Fortunately, I have a little time to calm down, as I will start teaching in spring, instead of next month, which was the original plan (yikes). I am going to work at the zoo through September, then take time off to get ready.
My boyfriend is awesome and is going to come with me. Because he is awesome.
