Just yesterday, I found myself hanging around a Petsmart, looking at the adoptable kitties. They all had names on their cages. "What if you don't like the name?", said I. "Can you give them a new name?" My companions offered non-committal shrugs. "Yeah, look at this one. His name's Hollywood. That's lame. I'd name him...Santa Monica."
