The test for anenglishflower

It had been like setting up any other trap, except this one proved to have a different sort of danger, and Percy wasn't quite certain how it would all play out. The meeting place was a small little flat in London that had been left vacant. It was dark, in a rougher part of the city, and allowed Percy the opportunity to watch out of the only window for Marie's approach. He was disguised in clothes she wouldn't recognize, all black, and his face was completely obscured, save his eyes. It was a simple method that had kept the French aristocrats from recognizing him and the other members of the League. It kept them all safe.

In the middle of the room sat a plain table with two chairs, some inconsequential papers for the sake of appearances, and an unlit candle. His directions on the message had said that as long as the room was dark, the signal was an all-clear.

He was actually nervous as he waited for her form to appear on the street. Moonlight was low, but just enough to create living shadows out of the few people walking the cobblestones, and he kept sharp.
