I've not written here in a while. My last post was in November or something. I also really haven't been keeping up with other people's journals.
Bad me. No toast.
- Changeling apparently got kidnapped a few days ago. I guess he was just standing around in the Sanctuary when this fishing line descended from above, hooked him, and then dragged him away.
WTF. WHAT THE FJDKALJFDLSKAFJ, WHO KIDNAPS SOMEONE THAT WAY? THIS IS NOT A FJDKLAJSL CARTOON.
Pheonix saw the whole thing, but only mentioned it... yesterday. Apparently, it just "never came up." You know, this conversation didn't happen:
Me: Hi, Phoenix.
Phoenix: Hi, Li.
Me: How are you doing? WITNESS ANY GOOD KIDNAPPINGS LATELY?!
Phoenix: No, but I did see this kind of sucky one...
Obviously, I need to get better about remembering to ask that.
All sarcasm aside, though - WTF. That's basically all I can think of to say. Firstly, I'm not quite sure who would want to kidnap Changeling who HASN'T already. Secondly, fishing line? Wtf? And apparently there's not even an evidence trail. No fingerprints or anything. AGH. KEYBOARDMASHINGTIMEFDKLAFJSLAJFADLFJADKLSFJADLS. Words cannot express the AGH.
- If I touch one more person. And they go all VUI8OSDAQTFHRE W9PERYU890RUEWQJ IOPYP9 because TELEPATHY. I will explode. Little bits of me all over your shirt, sir. YOUR DRYCLEANING BILL WILL BLOCK OUT THE SUN AND CAUSE A PERMANENT ICE AGE.
- In related news, I want to learn German. There was this nice... person... in the Sanctuary yesterday. Imagine a dog. Now, have this dog stand on his hind legs and dress him vaguely like Georik. There you go. His name was Axel Morgenroth and he seemed like an interesting fellow but he spoke only German. He gave me this antique pocket watch.
So, in case he ever comes back, it might be nice to know what he's saying without having to go through half an hour of flailing and having both of our brains turn somersaults.
- I am so sick of getting molested by drunken Klingons. Time to go to work.
