Wow it's been awhile. I really need to update this more often. So I'm housesitting right now in downtown Sandusky for a member at the Yacht Club. They pay me to stay in their amazing condo and clean the cat's poop box. Best job ever!
Working at SYC is starting to get on my nerves. I'm just surrounded by idiots there and it's really starting to get to me. There are some good ones, but 3/4 of them are just morons. Thank God I process in to CP on February 4th for the investor relations thing. I don't think I could stand 1 more month there with those people. And don't get me wrong, the SYC has been very good to me. They give me a great job where I make tons of money. In fact, we have an employee party today at Thirsty Pony. Woot, gonna have fun! But i'm still sooooooooooo over that place. Once I start CP in Feb, I will only be working at SYC on the weekends until next off season. I'm just excited I have less than 1 month until I get to work with John LaJoye again at CP until the season starts.
Lets talk about my Zone 1ness for a minute. I'm way excited to be going back to CP, especially as a Sup! I'm totally stoked to try a new zone I have never worked a ride in before. I looooooooooooooove Ott and cannot wait to see him again and work with him. I love that Tyler is in Area 1 with me. I love that I will not always be the last sup done at the end of the night anymore b/c of Maverick. I love that it will be easier to pack my lunch b/c of the office being so close. I can't wait to learn Sky Ride, especially now that Adam Service is TL there! I love that I will be in the office closer to the front desk so that I can spy on crazy guest complaints. Oh, and I think I get a baby radio.
Ok, here's what I'm sad about: Not working with J.LaJ, no cubby, no choo choo and engine boys, not already knowing how to run my rides, my Zone 4 TLs and others, country music (yeah, it grows on you after awhile), trees, my water rides, the lift, Steve Voorhees, and mostly stockade friends.
Ok, that's all for now. I need to go get ready for my employee party. Adios.
