Arashi coming to cinemas!
So now Arashi will come to cinemas: 『ARASHI Anniversary Tour 5×20 FILM “Record of Memories”』 will have its world premiere at the Shanghai International Film Festival in June 2021. The movie'll feature a rercording of their 2019.12.23 Tokyo Dome concert, filmed with 100 cameras, presented in Dolby. (link)
I knew it was suspiciously quiet around Jun! 😋 I assumed that he'd be busy with compiling concert DVDs of their online only concerts, but this totally works for me, too!
I think it's awesome they're sharing a concert this way, it must be an amazing experience! I highly doubt it'll be shown outside of Asia (I guess that China, Indonesia, the Philippines, South Korea might have a chance since there are large fan communities), after all they hardly ever acknowledged their European fans. 😥
Anyhow! I'm excited, won't give up hope and will start saving money for the DVD/BD release. 💙💛💚💖💜
