In the original it says "レッドカーペーット",literally "Red Carpet" (as in the red carpet stars walk on, but it also has the mening of staining the floor red with blood). I don't know if the first ideogram has in chinese the meaning of "red" (in japanese it seems it means "reverberate") or that's how they call red carpets there (since the last two are "groud" and "cloth", that is "carpet").
