'Forbidden Planet' Actress Anne Francis Dies at 80. Oscar Nominee, Pete Postlethwaite Has Died at the Age of 64. Here's the thing: two nights before this hit the news, I had a weird dream about people arguing how to pronounce his name. I hadn't seen anything with him in it recently (which is a feat in and of itself, I know--I still haven't even opened the Inception DVD yet), I hardly ever dream of actors or celebrities (as far as I remember), and I can't think of any reason that would have bubbled up from my subconscious. Javier Bardem and Viggo Mortensen Are Frontrunners for 'Dark Tower' - Who Would You Pick? John Goodman has joined Hanks and Bullock in Daldry's 'Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close.' David Fincher Confirms '20,000 Leagues Under The Sea' In 3-D, Talks 'Dragon Tattoo' & 'Rendezvous With Rama.' Jodie Foster Joins Matt Damon And Sharlto Copley In Neill Blomkamp's 'Elysium.' James Franco Wants to Adapt 'As I Lay Dying' and 'Blood Meridian.' Robert Pattinson Snuggles with an Elephant. This is also a book I have ordered, so I can read it before you can't get any copies that aren't movie tie-ins.
