Andrew Garfield was in "Doctor Who" (the season three Dalek two-parter) and "Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" in case you're wondering where you've seen him. I'm still ind of sad they didn't go with a black Spidey after all. :/

Actual like from TLA (my hand to God, I am not making this up:) "We need to show them that we believe in our beliefs as much as they believe in their beliefs!" Says it all, really.

My favorite reported exchange from the movie so far:

A: "Do you have a spiritual place where I can meditate?"

Y: "Yes, we have a very spiritual place."

One gets the uncomfortable feeling that that is not paraphrasing.

My brain literally went "splut" at that point. You could hear the whole theater snicker as the reality of that line sank in.

And then the credits began to roll, and I saw Written, Produced and Directed by: M. Night Shyamalan and I said "Oh. Well, that makes sense, then."
