I think he totally did. Because Vincent was awesome, he didn't have any unresolved issues, so he went straight on to heaven because he didn't need any of this hanging-around purgatory-limbo foolishness.

Oh man, I kept feeling inclined to get a little teary at random parts but that scene just gutted me. My ABC affiliate repeated it this morning and I totally cried for a few minutes.

He needs to. I cried so hard that he stayed with Jack while he died. He totally knew what was up on that Island and he survived everything. Not sending him to heaven would just be so cruel.
