(No, Confederate dollars.) I'm pretty sure the answer to that is yes, USD. I know Paypal, at least, does automatic currency conversion.

Yes, I have been to (or sent money to) several other countries, some of which call their currency dollars. You don't have to prove to me that the world has multiple exchange rates. I even tried to give a serious answer to the question that I think that person really wanted to know, which was how to handle the conversion. Sheesh.

Right. I think PayPal will allow you to choose what currency you pay in? And I would imagine that lulu.com accepts PayPal.
