My mom's best friend used to date Ebert in the 80s, and he used to come to their parties and gossip about all the celebrities he knew. : ) I always thought if any movie reviewer was going to come gossip at my parties I'd want it to be him, too. He's sort of the perfect mix of snarky and cuddly.

I know, right? If I ever make a movie I'm totally going to write him a letter like "Be nice to me, I know your ex-girlfriend. We're practically family!" ^_^
