Is it Summer Already?
OMG, I have been out and about all week and it has gotten more humid and hotter everyday. I definitely feel like it is summer time already. The record temperatures have been broken all week for this time of year here in Texas. Yesterday, it was 93 and humid. I definitely remember why I moved away from Texas. I can't wait to be up in Maine the first week of April. I definitely bet it shall be cooler up there.
It has been a pretty busy week work and then straight to bartending class. I thought it would be fun, but as usual I was wrong. It is AMAZINGLY FUN.............I have learned so many new drinks and so much on how to actually make the drinks this week it has been outstanding. I know I am not going to be throwing bottles over my head, but I know I will be a DAMN GOOD BARTENDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope to find a job bartending before I leave to Maine but if not I will definitely find one once I get back. I think I found my new favorite drink it is called THE GODFATHER......pretty damn good drink. I met a girl in bartending class named Jana. She is a very nice girl and makes me laugh. I was admiring her necklace the other day. I especially was admiring the two silver beads at the back of her necklace and when I mentioned them she laughed and said they aren't on my necklace. I have the top of my back pierced! I sat back a minute and then blurted out..."HOTT!" I know not to smooth but, oh well. She then showed me she had a tatoo of a circle and a star in the circle with a point each touching the circle and then at each point she had a piercing and then on each side of the tatoo she had another piercing. O did I metion the tatoo and piercings were all around her navel?!
Got a call from the Renaissance Guild and asked me if I was still interested in directing one of the one acts for the Series in May. I of course played it really cool and said, " ummmm......I need to check with my people and they will call your people and then we can do lunch to discuss the possibility of my availability to speak with you about directing" yeah right like I would do that, I was like , "HELL YEA"
I can't wait for the project to start.
Well buddies I wish y'all could be here with me in this heat and we could go to the lake or tubing or something. I know it would be a blast, but since you guys can't be here drop me a line and I'll get back to y'all.
