Thanks. An instructive read. The author seems to have misunderstood little and understood much.

The second part seems to have been cut; could you please update it? It's at the bottom of page 39, I think.

What did you use to convert pdf to text? It produced ragged lines. pdftotext generated waht seems a better text for me, but it's Unix.
