*nods* For me, little Dean really rides that thin line between old beyond his years and heartbreakingly innocent, especially in quiet little moments with Sammy like this one.

God this is so adorable. I love that Dean essentially raised Sam, and I love reading fic that highlights that. You did it beautifully. Thank you so much for sharing it :)

It's an aspect of their relationship that fascinates me (and kind of breaks my heart sometimes - poor little grown up childlike Dean!) so it was a rewarding challenge to explore some of that dynamic here.

I like wee!chesters but not all the time. This I liked muchly.

I love Sammy all snuggly and Dean all grown up but happy to be with Sammy too.

I think that before he learned how to work the surly emo angst, Sam was probably a real cutie when it came to cuddles and his big brother. And Dean can be such a smoosh when he doesn't think anyone's looking.

*laughs* Man, there were fights in my house over that toothpaste for years. I really can't imagine Sam (and Dean, though he doesn't like to admit it) using anything else.
